Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

You will be responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing products throughout Product Life Cycles, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the development team to deliver awesome products. It also includes working with marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s and partner company’s overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager is expected to:

  • Define product strategies and roadmaps

  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

  • Act as a leader within the company

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

  • Create buy-in for product vision both internally and with key external partners

  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

  • Work closely with development team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager and Product Owner

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

  • 8+ years of experience in a job in the Software market

  • Technical background, with experience in Software Development, Fintech, Financial Systems, Cryptocurrencies and Digital Assets, System Administration, Agile and/or DevOps.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

  • Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager or Product Owner

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

  • Will often be required to be at the office in Jeffreys Bay
